Sizing Instructions

1. Wrap a measuring tape around your wrist where you'd like to wear the band. No tape? Use a string and measure against a ruler.
2. Measure the length of your watch face or medical ID tag.
3. Subtract the watch face/tag length from your wrist measurement — that's your band length. Add ~0.5" for a looser fit.

Example: 6.5" wrist − 1" watch face = 5.5" band. Add 0.5" for a looser fit.
